Slim Set have launched a sonic fireball releasing their first track for 2020 called ‘Solar’. In the form of which they describe as “sunburnt UKG (UK Garage) vibes” Slim Set have come back cheekier than even showcasing their boundary-pushing lyrics and unpredictable sound.
Stamped as an “environmental banger” by Uncle Kal, ‘Solar’ romanticises mundane human connections within the cosmic universe. Atro’s production enters a new space oddity plotting intricate coordinates of playful beats and darting synths that dance between Kal’s skippy flow.
