Conscious partners with 4ESydney

Conscious has joined 4ESydney’s Hip Hop project for the final week of their digital conference set at Campbelltown Arts Centre, broadcast live from 4ESydney’s Facebook page from the 12th - 14th August 2020.

Conscious is proud to be supporting 4ESydney as they unpack a range of issues that affect the Western Sydney community. Join the discussion with Conscious artists SPVRROW, T-Breezy, Becca Hatch and Nardean as they collaborate in a conversation about Conscious Hip Hop in Western Sydney facilitated by Conscious Artistic Director L-FRESH The LION. This panel delves into topics that affect Western Sydney artists including issues such as identity, stereotypes, purpose, and activism, while delving into the journey of carving a career path in hip hop.

The broadcast will be premiered live on 4ESydney’s Facebook page on Friday 14th August 7PM - 8PM.

During the months of April - September 2020 4ESydney have been running a collection of live streamed events via their Facebook page. The project includes a combined conference, festival and mentoring program and features a range of amazing live performances from the local Western Sydney community. 

The conference is led by a range of industry professionals, artists, academics and key people in the hip hop community. Touching on important topics that affect our communities including mental health, youth and education, activism and global impact, first people leadership, industry development and more.
